In order to promote interaction between participants, to stimulate informal professional exchange and networking and to allow participants to experience a sample of Belgian culture, two social activities were planned for our participants. The first social activity included a guided tour of Brussels, during which participants visited key historical sites such as the famous Grand Place, St. Michael’s Cathedral, the Congress Column, the Botanical Gardens, the Royal Crypt and the world famous Atomium. Following the tour, participants were invited to eat at the La Khaima, a traditional Moroccan restaurant offering a wide range of dishes to satisfy the tastes of all participants. On the final evening of the seminar, a farewell dinner was held at Café du Vaudeville, a famous establishment in Brussels.
